Going on retreat is both about releasing the excessive stresses as well as renewing that sacred space of well being.  The process of release involves working with both the outer and inner terrains of the body. Soaking the body in the healing spring waters of Two Bunch Palms Resort will begin to release many of the tensions located on the outer terrains of the body while the practices of yoga, breathing and meditation will begin to release the more stubborn tensions on your inner terrain. Come join Monica Ross and Jennifer Reuter as they co-teach and share the many ways to release and renew your best self.  You will find all practices easily accessible and you will also be equipped with new tools of relaxation techniques to take home with you so you can always access this innate sense of well being.

The Details

Two Bunch Palms has so much to offer from the full service spa to the organic food and beautiful backdrop of the desert. But the most magical is the mineral water pools which have been flowing for 600 years! The water is low in sulfur and rich in lithium, which is a natural mood enhancer and has therapeutic properties. You will have plenty of free time to explore the grounds, book spa treatments, relax in your gorgeous room and just be!  

Check in at Two Bunch Palms is at 4pm on Thursday, October 19th. Travelers will be coming in at different times but we do suggest trying to come as close to 4pm as possible so that you can settle in and perhaps take a soak before dinner.

Checkout is at 12pm on the 22nd. We know that everyone’s travel plans will be different but there will be a morning practice offered, breakfast and enough time to get one more soak in before you reenter the real world. The price of the retreat includes your accommodations, meals, practices and full access to the hot springs. Spa treatments, retail and beer and wine are not included and will be billed to you separately.
